The Guest house at the Palace was designed to welcome different audiences. Our bedrooms are located on the west wing of the Palace and offer you an ancient experience, combining contemporary style with the memories of a roman-gothic castle built over 1200 years ago.

When you make your reservation, you may choose a private bedroom or a dormitory, and all our bedrooms are equiped with a set of commodities to ensure you a comfortable stay: central heating, double-glazed windows, private bathroom with shower, SmarTV, free wi-fi connection and phone.

You will also have full access to the Palace’s gardens, and also to Mafra’s Sports Park, where you will find indoor and outdoor swiming pools, a tennis court, a running track, a playground, and also an immense green area.

You also have access to the Museum of Universal Values, where you will be able to explore diverse interactive activities and discover a new concept of museum. Ideal for families with children or teenagers, but also for anyone interested in innovation and pedagogy.
